Bonus Actions

Shape-Shift. Adellaide shape-shifts into a Medium spider, a Medium bat, or back into her true form. Her game statistics are the same in spider form, but as a bat she can take no actions other than the Dodge, Disengage, and Dash actions, and she gains a flying speed equal to her walking speed. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed.

Reactions

Blood-Soaked Escape. Trigger: Adellaide is hit by an attack roll. Response: Adellaide halves the attack’s damage to herself (round down), and she teleports to an unoccupied space she can see within 30 feet of herself. Constitution Saving Throw: DC 15, each creature within 5 feet of Adellaide’s destination space. Failure: The target has the Poisoned condition until the end of its next turn. While Poisoned, it has the Incapacitated condition.
