Storm Form. The Lightning Minotaur’s body crackles with arcing electricity. Any creature that touches it or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet takes 9 (2d8) lightning damage.
Magic Resistance. The Lightning Minotaur has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Charge. If the Lightning Minotaur moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a greataxe attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 13 (3d8) lightning damage and must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Lightning Step (Recharge 5–6). As a bonus action, the Lightning Minotaur can teleport up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. The space it leaves and the space it arrives in explode in lightning. Each creature within 5 feet of either location must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 18 (4d8) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
Multiattack. The Lightning Minotaur makes two Greataxe attacks.
Greataxe. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 17 (2d12 + 6) slashing damage plus 9 (2d8) lightning damage.
Thunderous Roar (Recharge 6). The Lightning Minotaur releases a deafening bellow infused with storm energy. Each creature within 30 feet must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or take 22 (4d10) thunder damage and be deafened for 1 minute. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and is not deafened.
