Ancient Bukzang Loong

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the loong fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Removal. When a creature or object becomes enclosed within the loong’s Frog’s mouth, any spell of 6th level or lower on the target ends.

Resting Protections. While the dragon is Unconscious, it can’t become affected or detected by spells of 6th level or lower.

Standing Leap. The Dragon Frog’s long l jump is up to 90 feet and its high jump is up to 45 feet, with or without a running start.

Multiattack. The loong makes one Chomp attack and two Claw attacks.

Chomp. Melee Attack Roll: +14, reach 10 ft. Hit: 19 (2d10 + 8) Piercing damage, and the target is Grappled (escape DC 21).

Claw. Melee Attack Roll: +14, reach 5 ft. Hit: 13 (1d10 + 8) Slashing damage.

Deafening Roar (Recharge 5–6). The loong lets out a ground-shaking croak that warps the environment. Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 21, each creature in a 90-foot cone. Failure: 66 (12d10) Thunder damage, and the target is pushed 15 feet away from the loong. Success: Half damage.

If the loong has any creatures in its mouth when it uses its Deafening Roar, they all fall Prone in unoccupied spaces within 15 feet of the loong.

Swallow. Strength Saving Throw: DC 21, one Large or smaller creature. Failure: The target is swallowed. A swallowed creature is Blinded and Restrained, has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the loong, and takes 11 (2d10) Bludgeoning damage at the start of each of the loong’s turns.

The loong can hold up to three creatures in its mouth at a time. If the loong takes 20 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the loong must succeed on a DC 23 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate all swallowed creatures, each of which enters an empty space within 10 feet of the loong. If the loong dies, a swallowed creature is no longer [condition]Restrained[condition] by it and can escape from the corpse using 10 feet of movement.

Legendary Action Uses: 3 (4 in Lair). Immediately after another creature's turn , the dragon can expend a use to take one of the following actions. The dragon regains all expended uses at the start of each its turns.

Claw. The loong makes a Claw attack.

Draconic Lash. The loong lashes out its sticky tongue. Strength Saving Throw: DC 22, one Huge or smaller creature or object within 30 feet of the loong that it can see. Failure: If the target is a creature, it is pulled to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the loong. If the target is an object, it falls to the ground at the loong's feet; if the object is being worn or carried by a creature, the creature must succeed on a contested Strength check or have the object pulled away from it. The loong cannot take this action again until the start of its next turn.

Draconic Charm. Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 18, one Humanoid the dragon can see within 30 feet. Failure: The target is Charmed for 1 day. The target obeys the dragon's spoken commands. If the target suffers any harm from the dragon or another creature or receives a harmful command from the dragon, the condition ends. Success:  The target is immune to this dragon's Draconic Charm for the next 24 hours. Failure or Success: The loong cannot take this action again until the start of its next turn.
