Master of Fate. Elithas can see 10 seconds into the future. He has advantage on initiative rolls, attack rolls, and saving throws.
Foreseen Doom. The first time a creature attacks Elithas each round, they must make a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they see a vision of their own death and suffer disadvantage on the attack roll.
Arcane Wards. Elithas is permanently under the effects of Mage Armor, Nondetection, and Mind Blank.
Fate Shift. (2/Day). When a creature Elithas can see within 30 feet makes an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check, Elithas can force them to reroll it. He must take the new result.
Foresight's Gamble. When Elithas sees an enemy within 60 feet preparing to take an action, or when casts a spell, he can spend 1 divination dice and add or subtract the result to a saving throw DC or attack roll.
Divination Dice. Elithas has 6 divination dice, each a d12. Each dice can be used either for Foresight's gamble, or to mimic the effects of the following battlemaster manuvers: Ambush, Bait and Switch, Commanders Strike, Tactical Assesment, Distracting Stike or Menacing Attack.
Weaver of Outcomes.
Elithas makes three attacks, one each of Visions of Fracture, Chrono-tear, and Entropy Lash
Visions of Fracture. (Ranged Spell Attack: +13 to hit, range 120 ft.) Hit: 24 (3d12 + 6) Psychic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 21 Intelligence saving throw or be Frightened of Elithas for 1 minute. (Repeat save at the end of each turn.)
Chrono-Tear. (Ranged Spell Attack: +13 to hit, range 120 ft.) Hit: 24 (3d12 + 6) Force damage. The target must succeed on a DC 21 Constitution saving throw or be Time-Shunted -- on their next turn, they act and the end of the initiative order. A creature can only be Time-Shunted once per combat.
Entropy Lash. (Ranged Spell Attack: +13 to hit, range 120ft.) Hit:
24 (3d12 + 6) Necrotic Damage. The target rolls one of their Hit Dice. Their maximum HP is reduced by the result of the roll + their Constitution modifier.

Description
Backstory (Revised):
Elithas is a former prodigy of the royal court, appointed as the king’s trusted advisor after saving the kingdom from an undead incursion. His mastery of divination magic allowed him to foresee threats before they arose, earning him a place of honor. However, Elithas’s brilliance hid a fatal flaw: his obsession with forbidden knowledge and power.
Elithas became aware of the artifact Sven carried through his studies of ancient prophecies and saw it as the key to achieving ultimate control over fate. He manipulated Edric into tasking Sven with retrieving the artifact, knowing its awakening could tip the balance of power in his favor. After Sven’s supposed death, Elithas brought the Sword of Kas to the king, presenting it as a divine gift. In truth, he hoped to use the Sword to mold Edric into a puppet ruler while consolidating his own power.
Personality and Motivations:
- Traits: Calculating, manipulative, and deeply self-assured. Elithas views others as tools to further his own schemes and believes himself immune to the corrupting forces he wields.
- Relationship with the Princess: Strained at best. Elena sees through Elithas’s deception and despises him for what he’s done to her father. Elithas, in turn, views Elena as a dangerous variable he cannot control and subtly undermines her credibility whenever possible.
Physical Description
- Build: Slender and gaunt
- Appearance: Sharp features and piercing silver eyes that seem to see through everything. His once-golden hair has turned ashen from prolonged exposure to the Sword’s corruption.
- Attire: He dresses in elegant but subdued robes adorned with symbols of prophecy and fate, always carrying an ornate staff carved with eldritch runes..
Magical Abilities
Specialization: Divination
Elithas excels in perceiving future events, unraveling mysteries, and detecting hidden truths. His mastery allows him to see threads of destiny that others cannot.
- Signature Spells:
- Foresight: Grants the king or himself unparalleled awareness in combat or negotiation.
- Scrying: Uses his crystal staff to spy on distant locations or individuals.
- True Seeing: Allows him to see through illusions and reveal hidden entities.
- Commune: Contacts extraplanar entities to seek guidance, though he fears the increasing interference of malevolent forces due to the artifact’s presence.
