Creatures that start their turn within 10 feet of Aelor must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or take 2d4 psychic damage and have disadvantage on their next attack roll.

Waterlogged Flesh:
If Aelor is reduced to 0 HP while the chamber is flooded, his body erupts into rotting water. Each creature within 15 feet must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity save or take 2d8 necrotic damage and be blinded until the end of their next turn.

Floodborn.
Aelor can breathe underwater. While submerged, he regains 5 HP at the start of his turn.

Actions

Drowned Grasp (Multiattack).
Aelor makes two slam attacks with bloated, sea-twisted arms.
+6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target.
Hit: 1d10 + 3 bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength save or be grappled.

Screaming Maw (Recharge 6).
Aelor’s face splits open in an unnatural maw, emitting a psychic scream.
Each creature in a 15-foot cone must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or take 3d6 psychic damage and be deafened for 1 minute (chance to save at end of each turn).

Reactions

Grasp the Drowned (Reaction)
Trigger: A creature within 10 feet hits Aelor with a melee attack.
Effect: As the blow lands, Aelor lashes out with a water-slicked, unnaturally long arm. The attacker must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or be grappled (escape DC 13) and pulled 5 feet closer.

Legendary Actions

Whispers From Below (1A/round)
Aelor targets one creature he can see within 30 feet. That creature must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or hear bubbling, senseless murmurs echo inside their mind. Until the end of their next turn, they have disadvantage on their next attack roll or ability check.
