Undying Curse (4/Day). Aska touches another creature. The target magically regains 18 (4d8) hit points. If the target is an undead or fiend, the target magically regains 40 (8d8 + 4) hit points and is cured of all curses, diseases, poison, conditions, blindness, or deafness.
Aska can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Aska regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Eclipsing Light. Aska despises all those who claim to be holier than him, and he especially hates those who wield the magic of the divines. If Aska can see anyone within 30-feet cast a spell that restores hit points or cures any curse, disease, poison, condition, blindness, or deafness, he can force the creature to make a DC 15 - (1 x the spell's level) Wisdom saving throw. If the target succeeds, then the spell is cast like normal. If the target fails, then the spell doesn't take effect, but all material components and spell slots are not consumed. However, if the target fails by at least 5, the spell doesn't take effect and all material components and spell slots are consumed as if the spell was cast.
Eye of Deceit (Costs 2 Actions) . The eye on Aska's staff opens and emits an unbearable dark light, all creatures in a 30-foot cone must succeed on a DC 17 Charisma saving throw or be charmed for one minute. Each charmed creature will regard Aska as the friend that he once was and will avoid harming him. If a creature fails the save by more than 5, then the creature will act as though it is affected by the geas spell. Each creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of it's turns, if the creature succeeds, it is no longer charmed.
The Fallen's Grace (Costs 3 Actions). Darkness surrounds the fallen angel and all creatures in a 30-foot radius. Each creature in the shadows cannot see, instead each creature is visited by their worst nightmares. No light can penetrate the shadows and each creature must succeed on a DC 23 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened. If a creature fails the saving throw by more than 8, then the creature is paralyzed. Creatures frightened or paralyzed in this way can only be healed of it through remove curse, greater restoration, or wish.
Description
"Solars, the most powerful of all the celestials. So powerful they would strike fear even in the hearts of the most powerful of fiends. It is said that there are only 24 in existence".
24? HA....I truly am the forgotten Solar..........Mother why...why have you forsaken me so? You send me to the planes below me, place me in the body of a measly half-elf, and then leave me to perish by the hands of a necromancer. WHY?!!
Hatred. Anger. These...emotions, now I see why you make the angels without them. My soul though drifting aimlessly in the void. My emotions lived on, my power lived on, and now my name shall live again.
Oh Grand Goddess of the Moon, I swear to you. Your day shall come, your time shall come. Shadowfell will rise, the nine hells will take over, the dark powers shall rule. And I Aska, servant of Morning Glory, the one who has brought me back, shall lead this onslaught. I shall take the domain of the night, and you will be forgotten, just as I once was all that time ago.
Ah heroes, welcome. Do you wish to take my life? Why? Is this done in the name of good? If so, then tell me heroes. What is...good?
It is said that only the gods above may judge what is truly good and what is truly evil. However, do you still believe that to be true? Do you believe the gods who reside in the celestial planes to be truly good? No? Then tell me, why do you come here to fight me in the name of good? Do you think yourself to be the true judge? Are you the ones who claim the divine right to dictate who will suffer for eternity or who will be granted eternal peace?
Tell me now "heroes".....do you believe that you are still "good"?
