HJHDXBVHFBJHVB. BLURG summons 3 balls of NAERKFVBKHEBFVKCHB. Each explodes on command doing 100 damage on impact in a 1000 ft radius (Strength saving throw DC 30).
Social Anxiety. When a anybody comes within 30 ft of BLURG he teleports 30 ft away (he is a shy boi)
BLURG gets 3 legendary actions per every other of his turn. 4 if in lair. They can happen whenever.
AAAAAAAAAAAUGH (Costs 1 Actions). BLURG and every other creature in a 1000ft radius run in a 30ft circle while screaming at the top of their lungs. When circle is completed they gain 0.01 HP and their turn is over.
