Hypnotizer. Any creature with the Charmed condition has Disadvantage on saving throws against the bard's spells and other magical effects.
Lesser Displacement. While attuned to the Cloak of Displacement, it magically projects an illusion that makes the bard appear to be standing in a place near its actual location, causing any creature to have Disadvantage on attack rolls against it. If the bard takes damage, the property ceases to function until the start of its next turn. This property is suppressed while its Speed is 0.
Multiattack. The bard makes two +1 Rapier attacks and uses Spellcasting to cast (A) Blindness/Deafness, (B) Faerie Fire, or (C) Silence.
+1 Rapier. Melee Attack Roll: +10, reach 5 ft. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) Piercing damage plus 10 (3d6) Psychic damage, and the target can't teleport until the end of its next turn.
Ostentatious Performance (Recharge 5-6). Constitution Saving Throw: DC 20, each creature in a 25-foot Emenation originating from the bard. Failure: 18 (4d8) Psychic damage plus 22 (4d10) Thunder damage, and the target is pushed up to 20 feet straight away from the bard. Success: Half damage only.
Spellcasting. The bard casts one of the following spells, requiring no Material components, and using Charisma as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 20):
At Will: Blindness/Deafness, Detect Thoughts, Faerie Fire, Light, Mage Hand, Minor Illusion, Prestidigitation, Silence
2/Day Each: Charm Monster, Compulsion, Cure Wounds (level 3 version), Geas, Hold Monster, Modify Memory
1/Day Each: Confusion (level 6 version), Dominate Monster, Plane Shift (Feywild only)
Shape-Shift. The bard shape-shifts into a Medium or Small Humanoid or Fey or back into its true form. The bard's game statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. Additionally, while wearing Glamoured Studded Leather, the bard can speak the command word, and the armor appears as a normal set of clothing or another kind of armor. This illusion lasts until the bard uses this bonus action again or removes the armor.
Taunt (4/Day). Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 20, one creature the bard can see within 30 feet. Failure: 27 (6d8) Psychic damage, and the target is cursed until the end of its next turn. The target has Disadvantage on attack rolls, can't take Reactions, and its Speed is halved until the curse ends. Success: Half damage only.
Tricky Magic (3/Day). The bard casts Command or Misty Step using the same spellcasting ability as Spellcasting.
Preparedness. Trigger: The bard rolls Initiative. Response: The bard gains 30 Temporary Hit Points, and can move up to its Speed without provoking Opportunity Attacks.
Reactive Magic (3/Day). The bard casts Absorb Elements or Silvery Barbs in response to the spell’s trigger, using the same spellcasting ability as Spellcasting.
