Keen Smell. Urgarok has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Unstoppable Endurance.
When Urgarok is below half HP (155 or fewer), he gains resistance to all damage, including magical, and advantage on Constitution saving throws.
Multiattack. Urgarok makes two Claw attacks and one Spirit Bite attack.
Spirit Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: Reach 10ft, one target +11; 2d12+6 piercing damage and +2d6 force damage.
Force damage has rage resistance, dealing full damage due to its spiritual nature.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: Reach 5ft, one target +11; 2d10+6 slashing damage.
If both claws hit the same target, the target must succeed on a DC 18 STR Saving Throw or be grappled and restrained
Legendary Resistance (3/Day)
If Urgarok fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Totemic Roar (1/Day).
Each creature of Urgarok’s choice within 60 feet that can hear it must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. Creatures can repeat the save at the end of each of their turns. Creatures raging have disadvantage on this save.
Fury of the Earth (Recharge 5–6).
Urgarok slams both paws into the earth. All creatures within 20 ft. must make a DC 17 Strength saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 27 (6d10) force damage, is knocked prone, and drops any held weapon. On a success, it takes half damage and suffers no other effects
Urgarok can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Urgarok regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Spirit Slam.
Each creature within 10 ft. must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or take 13 (3d8) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.
Maul Throw (Costs 2 Actions).
If Urgarok is grappling a creature, it hurls it up to 20 feet away. The target takes 16 (3d10) bludgeoning damage and must succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.
Endure.
Urgarok regains 15 hit points and gains resistance to force, psychic, and radiant damage until the start of its next turn.
(Phase 2)
Memory of the First Hunt (2 Actions) - A glowing mark appears behind Urgarok’s eyes — the gaze of something that hunted in a world without light.
Until the end of his next turn, Urgarok scores a critical hit on a roll of 18–20, and when he lands a melee hit, the target must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.
PHASE 2
When Urgarok is reduced to 0 HP, he erupts with a roar of ancient rage. His skin and fur split, bones shifting and cracking revealing his spiritual form beneath the flesh. His body becomes suffused with glowing lines of primordial power — magma-like streaks of gold across ethereal fur and muscle.
The Endurer has finally broken his stillness. What was once a guardian has become a juggernaut. Mercy is gone. There is only the roar of rage turned to primal fury.
--------------------
- Urgarok immediately regains 100 hit points and removes one condition affecting him

-Urgarok makes 4 claw attacks instead of 2, and each one deals an additional 1d10 force damage if the target is below half health.
Description
The spirits of the totem pole are said to have been the first beast creations of the primordial beings- Shaped not just from flesh, but from raw spirit and purpose. Among them, Urgarok the Endurer stands tallest, a colossal spectral bear forged from stone, storm, and silence. Where others charge or flee, Urgarok endures. He is the guardian of survival, the silent witness to storms that flatten mountains and winters that bury empires. Warriors who bear the Bear Totem call on his strength to become unbreakable. Facing Urgarok is not a test of might, but of will—for only those who refuse to bow, no matter how battered, may earn his respect.
