Cosmic Save Scourge.
Each time a creature within 150 feet succeeds on a saving throw, it takes 30 (6d10) psychic damage unless it is immune to mind-affecting effects.

Fate Lock.
No creature within 300 feet can regain hit points or be resurrected unless Alpha Sans wills it.

Perfect Multistrike.
Alpha Sans may take 4 legendary actions per round and 2 full turns per round (on different initiative counts).

Actions

Multiversal Execution (Recharge 5–6).
Alpha Sans targets up to 3 creatures he can see. Each must make a DC 27 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature is reduced to 0 hit points and cannot be revived by any means short of divine intervention. On a success, it takes 100 force damage and is knocked prone, dazed, and silenced for 1 round.

Glitch Torrent.
Alpha Sans unleashes a chaotic torrent of corrupted Gaster Blasters and glitched bones. 300-foot cone. All enemies must make a DC 27 Dexterity save:

  • Fail: 20d12 force + 20d6 necrotic + banished to the "Corrupted Void" for 1 round.

  • Success: Half damage, not banished.

Judgment Chains.
Alpha Sans summons black-and-red glitching chains from the code of reality itself. 4 chains strike up to 4 targets:

  • +21 to hit, reach 60 ft.

  • Hit: 50 (8d10) force. Target is shackled, reducing movement to 0 and removing reactions (DC 27 Str or Cha to break at end of turn).

Legendary Actions

Glitch Step. Alpha Sans teleports anywhere within sight and becomes immune to all effects until the start of his next turn.
Code Spike. Force one creature to reroll its last roll with disadvantage.
Glitch Echo. Repeat the last action taken by any creature on the battlefield, targeting someone else.
Break Timeline (Costs 2). Reverse the initiative order. Alpha Sans acts again immediately after his last turn.
Wipe Memory (Costs 3). One target forgets the last 10 minutes. For 1 minute, they cannot cast spells, use class features, or remember what they’re doing unless they pass a DC 27 Int save each round.

Mythic Actions

Mythic Trait – Glitchcore Overwrite

Upon transforming into this form, Alpha Sans resets his hit points to maximum. All creatures within 300 feet must make a DC 27 Wisdom saving throw or be "Overwritten" — stunned for 1 round and unable to benefit from class features or magic items until the end of their next turn. The battlefield warps into a corrupted space where time flows erratically and logic fails.

Description

Alpha Sans – Corrupt Judge Form

"The Final Verdict" | Glitched Deity of the End | Corruption Made Sentient

“You didn’t listen. So now there’s no more warnings. No more saves. No more resets. This is the end of everything.”

When Alpha Sans falls, he does not die. Instead, the very concept of "defeat" collapses. Reality glitches, time fractures, and he rises — not as a guardian, but as something far worse: a Corrupt Judge, a cosmic virus in humanoid form, born from broken timelines, overwritten souls, and shattered purpose.

In this state, Alpha Sans is no longer tethered by morality, memory, or mission. His glowing eye now flickers violently between colors, leaking code, light, and entropy. Bones and Gaster Blasters warp in and out of existence, shuddering like corrupted files, and space-time bends where he steps — pixelating, lagging, and crashing like a dying program.

He does not speak in this form, for language is beneath him. His presence alone is a warning: that all your progress, your choices, your character sheet — they are irrelevant. This is a place beyond rules, where save files cannot protect you, and where he enforces judgment with the cold, inevitable weight of a final crash.

Legends across timelines say this form has only ever emerged a handful of times — when the multiverse is beyond repair, or when a being has tried to cheat fate itself. His form is the embodiment of the phrase: “You’re not supposed to be here.”

To stand against the Corrupt Judge is to fight not a monster, but the very system rejecting your existence.

Lair and Lair Actions

While in his corrupted state, Alpha Sans warps reality itself. On initiative count 20 (losing ties), he can invoke one of the following:

  • System Error: Spell slots for all creatures are unusable for 1 round.

  • Inverted Gravity: All creatures fall upward for 1 round (DC 27 Dex to grab onto surfaces).

  • Soft Reset: Undo the last round of combat as if it never occurred (except damage taken by Alpha Sans).
