Hearttail Whip. Melee Attack Roll: +8, reach 10 ft. Hit: 18 (4d6 + 4) Psychic damage plus the target must succeed on a DC 16 Charisma saving throw or be silenced (unable to speak or cast spells with verbal components) until the end of its next turn.
Charm. Ironmouse casts Dominate Person (level 8 version), requiring no spell components and using Charisma as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 15).

All creatures of her choice within 60 feet that can hear her must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. While charmed in this way, targets are incapacitated by her song. The effect ends early if the creature takes damage or another creature uses an action to shake them.

1/day each: Otto’s Irresistible Dance, Plane Shift (self only, to Hell), Crown of Stars
Legendary Action Uses: 3. Immediately after another creature’s turn, Ironmouse can expend a use to take one of the following actions. Ironmouse regains all expended uses at the start of each of her turns.
Wink of Mischief. She teleports up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space she can see.
High Note. She unleashes a burst of sonic laughter. One creature within 30 ft. must make a DC 16 Constitution save or be deafened until the end of its next turn.
Glitterbomb (Costs 2 Actions). She explodes in a burst of magical pink sparkles. All creatures within 10 feet must succeed on a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or be blinded until the end of their next turn.
Description
“Do I look like someone who makes sense? Babe, I’m a vibe.”
Some say she was born from the laughter of a fallen angel who dared to sing in the Nine Hells. Others say she was once a mortal soul so charismatic that devils themselves begged her for an autograph. The truth is stranger still: Ironmouse is a primordial echo of chaos and joy, condensed into the form of a tiny demoness with a cosmic voice and a mischievous streak longer than the River Styx.
In the infernal realms, she became an idol—a literal pop star of Pandemonium, enchanting even pit fiends with a wink and a giggle. She refused to take sides in Hell’s endless politics, which made her both a wild card and a potential threat. To keep her out of trouble (and the public spotlight), the Lords of the Nine tried to seal her away in a pocket dimension of static and silence.
It didn’t work.
Now, she slips between worlds at will, using magical rifts, mirrors, and occasionally her own voice as portals. She's been known to drop into mortal taverns for spontaneous concerts or appear in the dreams of bards seeking inspiration. Some say she’s a patron. Others, a prank. Few realize: she is both a warning and a blessing—for when Ironmouse sings, even devils listen.
“Aww, did the big scary paladin get flustered by a little wink? Don’t worry—most of them do.”
Ironmouse stands no taller than a halfling, but her presence fills any room. Her twin pigtails are bright pink and violet, bouncing with infectious energy. A heart-tipped tail sways playfully behind her, and she’s never seen without some combination of glitter, ribbons, and horn-accessorized hair clips. Her oversized sleeves and gothic-kawaii dress are adorned with heart motifs—because why conquer with fire when you can conquer with charm?
Her eyes glow like amethyst fire, warm and mischievous. Her voice shifts from angelic lullabies to infernal crescendos in an instant. And when she speaks, her words often bounce between teasing, sincere, and surprisingly insightful—especially when she senses someone's sadness.
Despite being technically a demon, she resists the cruelty of her kind. Ironmouse is a paradox: adorable yet powerful, demonic yet kind, chaotic yet dependable (in her own erratic way).
