Fractal Warp: Vaeril rips a fold in reality. Choose up to 2 targets within 60 feet. Each must make a DC 14 Intelligence saving throw or take 2d6 force damage and be teleported 10 feet in a random direction (roll 1d8 compass). If they would appear inside an object, they instead take 1d6 extra force damage and are shunted to the nearest open space. “Creatures who fail also see the world twisted briefly into geometric shards and have disadvantage on their next attack roll.”
Mind Shatter: Vaeril targets a creature within 60 feet. The creature must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw. On a fail: Takes 3d6 psychic damage, Becomes Confused (as the Confusion spell, but only lasts 1 round), All nearby creatures (10 ft radius) take 1d4 psychic damage as mental feedbacK
Description
A gaunt elven man stands atop a pedestal at the center of a large cavernous room. The walls are a mix of multicolored corals and sheets of stone, a corner of the is covered in a spill of water where it looks like the floor has given out into an underwater cave system. The man that stands in the center turns slowly to face you, His shaven strong jaw and fine features don’t match the grotesqueness of the implant which looks to have been pressed into the very brain of this man. A large Eslunite Stone. His eyes are wandering and not focused, only briefly flickering to your group. His yellowish skin is cut off my a deep green cloak that’s covered in coral and barnacles that climb up the bottom and side of the cloak. The man looks drenched and angry. As he finally focuses on you you see that his eyes are pushed a little to far from the center of his face, and that the stone that was pushed into his head seams to have brocken through the skull. Whether it was self done or forced onto him, you do not know.

(1-2) Think the room is rotating (speed halved), (3-4) Hear an ally screaming (disadvantage on next action), (5-6) Believe they’re on fire (take 1d4 psychic damage and drop a held item)
