Legendary Actions

Zeidan can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one can be used at a time, regaining them at the start of his turn.

Step Through Dominion (Costs 1):
Zeidan teleports up to 120 feet. His previous location scorches the earth.

Shudder of the Crown (Costs 2):
A 30-foot tremor. All creatures must make a DC 30 Constitution saving throw or take 35 (5d10) necrotic damage and have halved movement until end of next turn.

Truth Rend (Costs 3):
Target creature within 60 feet must succeed a DC 30 Intelligence saving throw or take 40 (6d10) psychic damage and have their deepest memories revealed to Zeidan.

MYTHIC ACTIONS (Trigger when Zeidan reaches 0 HP but at least one Rune remains)
Ascendant Clarity (Costs 1):
Zeidan gains advantage on all rolls and ignores illusions and deception for 1 minute.

Wrath of the Crown (Costs 2):
Zeidan releases force in a 30-foot radius. Creatures take 120 (15d10) force damage.

Judgement of the Silent Throne (Costs 3):
One creature within 90 feet must succeed on a DC 35 Wisdom save or be banished to a memory prison for 1 minute, taking 20d10 psychic damage per turn.

Mythic Actions

DARK DICTATES OF THE EBON CROWN (Mythic Casting)

Echo of Dominion (Recharge 5–6):
Creates a dark echo of Zeidan within 300 feet. It lasts 1 minute, has 150 HP, and can use a melee attack or legendary action each round.

Sentence of Ruin:
In a 30-foot radius, all creatures must make a DC 30 Dexterity save or take 60 ([roll]10d10[/roll]) necrotic + 40 [roll]6d10[/roll] psychic damage and be deafened and knocked prone. Half damage on save.

Will of Iron, Breath of Ash:
Bonus action. Target within 60 feet must succeed on a DC 30 Charisma saving throw or be unable to speak or use verbal components for 1 minute. Their breath turns to ash.

Oath of Null Allegiance (Recharge 5–6):[roll]1d6[/roll]
One creature within 90 feet must succeed a DC 30 Charisma save or become Charmed indefinitely. Divine connections are severed for the duration.

Crown of Dreadfire:
For 1 minute, enemies within 60 feet must make a DC 30 Wisdom saving throw at the start of each turn or become frightened. Undead and fiends gain advantage on attack rolls in the aura.

Sovereign Entombment (Recharge 5–6):
Target must make a DC 30 Strength save or be restrained by black chains. After 3 failed saves, they are petrified. On success, they take 60 ([roll]10d10[/roll]) force damage.

Chain the World:
For 1 minute, teleportation, blink, planar travel, and extradimensional escape fail in a 1-mile radius. Movement is halved.
