Traits

Immortal Nature. The void-pup doesn't require food, water, air or sleep to survive.

Tireless Tracker. The void-pup can't be exhausted or have it's speed reduced by any means.

Magic Resistance. The void-pup has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Null Aura. If the void-pup would take half damage for succeeding a saving throw against a spell or a magical effect it takes no damage instead.

Pack Tactics. The void-pup has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of its allies is within five feet of the target creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Helpful Summon. The void-pup can take the Help action as a bonus action and whenever an allied creature rolls a skill check within 15 feet of it, they roll an additional 1d4 and add it to the total.

Actions

Eldritch Jaws. Melee unarmed attack +5 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit 1d6+2 piercing +1d8 force damage. The target creature must make a DC 12 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Rending Scratch. Melee unarmed attack +5 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit 1d4+2 slashing damage. The target creature must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw. If it fails then it's silenced and can't speak or cast spells that require verbal components until the begining of the void-pup's next turn.

Bonus Actions

Baleful Hex. The void-pup attempts to place a curse on target creature it can see within 30 feet of it. The target creature must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or become incapacitated until the end of the void-pup's next turn.

Man's Best Friend. If its master commands it the void-pup transforms into any kind of tool, musical instrument or the Fetched  for 1 minute. After the time passes it transforms back to it's original form. While transformed it's still sentient and helps its master with their task by adding 1d4 to their next roll using the equipment it has turned into. If the equipment is destroyed it also reverts back to its original form without suffering any damage. 

Portal Pursuit. The void-pup teleports up to half its speed to a location it can see.

Reactions

Spellseeker. Whenever the void-pup sees a creature cast a spell within 30ft of it, it can teleport up to 15ft towards the caster's location.
