Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Lolth fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Magic Resistance. Lolth has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Spider Climb. Lolth can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down or on ceilings, without needing to make ability checks.
Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, Lolth has disadvantage on attack rolls as well as on Perception checks that rely on sight.
Web Walker. Lolth ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.
Multiattack. Lolth makes three attacks: two with her forelegs and one with her stinger. She can replace one attack with a use of Spellcasting or a poisonous bite attack.
Foreleg or Stinger. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (4d6 + 6) piercing damage plus 10 (3d6) acid damage.
Poisonous Bite (in spider form): Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (4d6 + 6) piercing damage plus 14 (4d6) poison damage.
Spellcasting. Lolth casts one of the following spells, requiring no material components and using Charisma as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 23):
At will: charm person, crown of madness, detect magic, dissonant whispers, web, poison spray (18 or 3d12).
3/day: darkness, counterspell, sanctuary, telekinesis, major image
1/day each: dominate monster, greater invisibility
Teleport. Lolth magically teleports, along with any equipment she is wearing or carrying, up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space she can see.
Trample (recharge 5/6): Lolth can move up to her speed and move through the spaces of other creatures as if they were difficult terrain. She can make one foreleg attack against each creature whose space she moves into during the move. A creature hit by this attack can't take reactions until the start of their next turn.
Change Shape. Lolth transforms into a form that resembles a Medium Humanoid, a giant spider, a huge spider, or into her true form as a gargantuan drider. Aside from her size, her statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying is also transformed.
Lolth can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Lolth regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
Attack. Lolth makes one foreleg, stinger, or poisonous bite attack.
Dance, My Puppet! One creature charmed by Lolth that Lolth can see must use its reaction to move up to its speed as Lolth directs.
Demonweb Magic (uses two actions). Lolth uses Spellcasting or Teleport.
Summon Spiders (uses two actions). Lolth summons 1d4 swarms or spiders or giant spiders. These summoned creatures act as allies of Lolth, obey her telepathic commands,and remain until it or Lolth dies or she dismisses them as a bonus action.
