False Appearance. When not moving, the Blé looks exactly like a small bushel of wheat.

Home Territory. This creature can, as a bonus action, dash while in a field.

Actions

Sickle. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit:  3 (1d4 + 2) slashing damage. Bonus Action: +3 to hit, 2 (1d4)

Tickle. As an action, the Blé can rub their wheat-like hair against the body of any creature. The target must make a constitution save of DC 13. On a failed save, the target is incapacitated with laughter until the end of their turn.

Fickle. The Blé lower's their weapon and spends 5 feet of movement going back, as if suddenly not wanting to attack. All creatures who view the Blé as an enemy must make an Intelligence Saving Throw of DC 15. On a failed save, the target believes that the creature is friendly. A target can make another intelligence saving throw if another one of their allies spends a bonus action to remind the target that the creature is malevolent.  Creatures who are immune to charming are not effected and can see right through the facade.

Description

Blé (french for wheat)

The Blé are creatures that look like gnomes with pale yellowish skin and big brown eyes. Their hair is often mistaken as a hat that wheat is growing on, but it is actually their hair.

These creatures hang around wheat fields, often playing harmless pranks on farmers. They are good with nature, and when they've finished their pranks, they help the farmers grow healthy wheat.

Blé flock to places where the soil is good. Many regard seeing one as good luck. They tend to avoid conflict, but will attack with their sickles if someone tries to harm wheat fields that they like. If pushed into a corner, they will fight, and worse, they'll call for backup. Nothing is more terrifying than a couple hundred Blé coming at you with sickles in hand.
