Innate Spellcasting.
The Angel’s innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no components:
-
At will: Thaumaturgy, Message, Light
-
3/day each: Healing Word, Calm Emotions, Dissonant Whispers (as radiant)
-
1/day each: Greater Invisibility, Hypnotic Pattern
Harmonic Aura (Aura of Resonance).
Allies within 20 ft. of the Angel of Song gain +1d4 to saving throws vs charm or fear. This aura suppresses any magical silence in its radius.
Radiant Chime (Cantrip-Style Attack).
Melee or Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 60 ft., one target.
Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) radiant damage. Target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution save or be deafened for 1 minute (repeat save at end of each turn).
Voice of Judgement (Recharge 5–6).
The angel sings a celestial tone that pierces all creatures within 30 ft. Each enemy must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or take 21 (6d6) radiant damage and become incapacitated until the start of their next turn. On a success, they take half damage and suffer no condition.
Song of Soothing (3/Day).
The Angel sings a healing hymn. All allies within 30 ft. regain 2d8 + 4 hit points and may end one charmed, frightened, or paralyzed condition.
Echo Step (3/Day).
The Angel teleports up to 30 ft. to a space it can see. It leaves behind a lingering echo of its last note—any enemy within 5 ft. of where it started must succeed on a DC 14 Charisma save or have disadvantage on their next attack roll.
Harmonic Rebuke.
When damaged by a melee attack, the Angel lets out a dissonant chord. The attacker must make a DC 15 Constitution save or take 7 (2d6) thunder damage and be pushed 10 ft. away.
Description
A soft, melodic hum fills the air before the celestial being is even visible. Then, like a symphony revealing its crescendo, the Angel of Song descends in a slow, weightless drift, cloaked in flowing robes of woven starlight and silken gold. Her wings are translucent, feathered with refracted light—glimmering like stained glass in motion. Her face is serene, eyes closed, as though forever lost in a divine harmony only she can hear.
