Actions

Multi-attack. Albert makes Either Two (Three Bloody Mutation) attacks with Skin Ripper or one Gore Pound

Skin Ripper                                                                                                                               Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target.
Hit: 2d8 + 5 piercing damage + 1d6 necrotic damage.

Wounding Flay. If this attack hits, the target must succeed a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or begin bleeding heavily — taking 1d6 ongoing damage at the start of each of their turns until they receive magical healing or someone spends an action to staunch the wound (DC 12 Medicine check).

A creature can only suffer one instance of this bleeding at a time.

Gore Pound (Recharge 5–6).
Albert slams the ground in a 15-foot radius. Each creature must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or take 3d10 bludgeoning damage and fall prone.

  • On success: half damage and no prone.

Description

At a distance, Albert could be mistaken for a statue carved in agony. Towering over most creatures at nearly eight feet tall, his form is a grotesque display of raw, exposed muscle — twitching, pulsing, and shifting as if something beneath the surface is alive. What little armor he wears is a tattered husk of rusted red-and-black half-plate, fused directly into his rotting flesh, as though the metal itself has grown roots. His head is trapped within a corroded sallet helm, melded to his skull and warped beyond recognition — no eyes, no mouth, just jagged seams where flesh and iron have become one. Resting across his back is a massive black morningstar, its obsidian-like spikes dull with dried gore. He does not speak. He only breathes — heavy, slow, and wrong.
