Description
Tempest dragons are the outcasts of the dragons, as they come into being when a blue and a silver dragon come together. Their scales are a metallic silver-blue and their eyes, the color of turquoise.

The region containing a legendary dragon’s lair is a elemental boundry, which creates one or more of the following effects:
- Electrical Mist. Within 1 mile of the dragon's lair is a mist that sparkles and cracks with electrical energy. All creatures who enter the mist, takes 5 (1d10) lightning damage.
- Rolling Thunder. Thunder constantly rolls within 5 miles of the lair, and all creatures within that area have disadvantage on Wisdom (Perseption) checks dealing with hearing.
If the dragon dies, these effects fade over the course of 1d10 days.
