Traits

Amphibious. The frog can breathe air and water.

Standing Leap. The frog’s Long Jump is up to 20 feet and its High Jump is up to 10 feet with or without a running start.

Vitriolic Skin. When hit for melee slashing or piercing damage (magical or otherwise), you roll 1d4. On a 4, you automatically activate your Experimental Ichor on the attacker.

Actions

Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +3 to hit", reach 5 ft. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it has the Grappled condition (escape DC 11).

Swallow. The frog swallows a Small or smaller target it is grappling. While swallowed, the target isn’t Grappled but has the Blinded and Restrained conditions, and it has Total Cover against attacks and other effects outside the frog. While swallowing the target, the frog can’t use Bite, and if the frog dies, the swallowed target is no longer Restrained and can escape from the corpse using 5 feet of movement, exiting with the Prone condition.

At the end of the frog’s next turn, the swallowed target takes 5 (2d4) acid damage. If that damage doesn’t kill it, the frog disgorges it, causing it to exit Prone.

Projectile Concoction. The frog spits a random concoction of materials out of its mouth. In a 5-foot radius sphere around the point chosen within 30 feet, a random damage type is created. Roll 1d6 (1 = acid, 2= cold, 3 = poison, 4 = lightning, 5 = thunder, 6 = fire) which determines the type of damage. A DEX save is needed for everything except poison or acid, which require CON saves (DC 12). They take full damage on a fail and half damage on a success.

Experimental Ichor. The frog bursts a pustule on his back, giving itself or a willing creature within 5 feet one of the following effects. Roll 1d4 for the effect.

1 - Invisible for 18 seconds

2 - Flying speed of 30 for 18 seconds

3 - The effects of the spell Haste for 12 seconds

4 - +2 to AC for 12 seconds

5 - +1 to attack rolls for 12 seconds

6 - They take 2d8 necrotic damage

The frog has 4 pustules, regaining 1d4-1 at dawn each day.
