Traits

Magic Resistance. Vicar Amelia has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Actions

Multiattack. Vicar Amelia makes three attacks: two with her claws and one with her bite.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 5 ft. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage.

Prayer (Recharge 5-6). Vicar Amelia clutches her pendant close to her chest and prays, recovering 30 hit points.

Frenzied Barrage (Recharge 5-6). Vicar Amelia makes four claw attacks.

Prayer Strike. Vicar Amelia clasps her hands in prayer above her, and then slams the ground, creating a shockwave in a 20 ft. cone in front of her. Any creature in that area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 14 (3d8) bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone. On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage and is not knocked prone.

Reactions

Howl (1/day). Vicar Amelia releases a terrifying howl to the heavens and for a moment is surrounded by a dazzling white aura. She is cured of all conditions afflicting her.

Description

The last vicar of the Healing Church of Yharnam, Amelia is found in front of the altar at the Grand Cathedral praying to herself. When approached, she undergoes a hideous transformation into a beast similar to a Cleric Beast. This leaves her with an insatiable bloodlust, yet she still manages to hold on to her golden pendant, as if clutching onto the last remains of her humanity.
