Spellcasting. Blue is an 8th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks). Blue has the following Bard spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Dancing Lights, Vicious Mockery
1st level (4 slots): Heroism, Charm Person
2nd level (3 slots): Calm Emotions, Enhance Ability, Suggestion
3rd level (3 slots): Catnap, Enemies Abound, Hypnotic Pattern
4th level (2 slots): Compulsion, Confusion
Beak. Melee Attack Roll: +4, reach 5 ft. Hit: 1 Piercing damage.
Bardic Inspiration
Blue can inspire others through music. To do so, Blue uses a bonus action on her turn to choose one creature other than herself within 60 feet of her who can hear her. That creature gains one Bardic Inspiration die, a d8.
Once within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll the die and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can wait until after it rolls the d20 before deciding to use the Bardic Inspiration die, but must decide before the DM says whether the roll succeeds or fails. Once the Bardic Inspiration die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can have only one Bardic Inspiration die at a time.
Blue can use this 5 times per short rest.
Song of Rest
Blue can use soothing music to help revitalize your wounded allies during a short rest. If she or any friendly creatures who can hear her performance regain hit points at the end of the short rest by spending one or more Hit Dice, each of those creatures regains an extra 1d6 hit points.
