Spore Cloud (1/Day). The blightcap shambler releases a toxic cloud in a 5-foot radius. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 12 [Tooltip Not Found] saving throw or take 1d4 poison damage and become poisoned until the end of their next turn.

Description
Blightcap Shamblers are malformed fungal creatures grown in cursed groves or bubbling cauldrons. Though only knee-high, they radiate pestilence and rot. Wherever they walk, mushrooms twitch and air thickens. These familiars serve decay witches and rotcallers, releasing noxious spores to weaken the enemies of the wild.
