Xen’Ylthus is an 18th lvl caster, bard class- ALL spell dmg is Fire which makes immune into resistance and bypasses resistance

On fail, it can’t attack you on this turn, and it must choose an ally  for its attack.. On success, it can attack you on this turn, but it has disadvantage on any saving throw it makes against your spells Until your next turn

Flamewalk:  may move from current position up to 90’ to any source of flame instantly (one action)

Backdraft: flames flash in a 25’ radius from Xen’Ylthus, consuming all oxygen in the area.  Anyone who needs to breathe in the area is stunned until the end of their next turn.  Also take 4d8 fire dmg, Cha save DC 23 (2 actions)

Description

Standing 15’ tall, Xen’Ylthus is very lithe, his limbs spider-like and multi jointed.  When he moves he usually seems slow and languid in manner, but covers greater distances than seem possible.  When irritated he can though, move with lightning speed, usually snapping his attention to his prey in an intimidating glare.
