Cult Leader’s Aura. Thessarion exudes an aura of dread. Creatures within 20 feet of him must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw at the start of their turn or have disadvantage on attack rolls until the start of their next turn.

Draconic Ritualist. Thessarion can cast Animate Dead at will (but only on dragon remains, creating draconic undead).

Undying Devotion. When Thessarion is reduced to 0 HP, he can make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a success, he drops to 1 HP instead.

Thessarion is a 12th-level spellcaster (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks). He requires no material components when casting necromancy or draconic-themed spells.

Command Undead. Thessarion targets one undead creature he can see within 60 feet. The undead must succeed on a DC 16 Charisma saving throw or obey Thessarion’s commands for 24 hours.

Ritual Drain (Costs 2 Actions). Thessarion targets a creature within 30 feet. The creature must make a DC 16 Constitution save or take 10 (3d6) necrotic damage, and Thessarion regains that many hit points.
