Description
Large reptilian creatures that live in the tunnel systems below Sud Padorea. They are one of the very few living creatures that are immune to the effects of the Neural Mycelium.
The males grow 12-14 feet long, females grow 16-20 feet and have twice the average lifespan.
Females build their nests together, often luring 1-2 males to be around them during mating season and then letting them live nearby (but not with their nests) as extra protection. Once babies have hatched and grown to about 2 feet long (around 4 months) then the females will chase the male(s) away.
Alunita Suparlas (or just Suparla(s)) have an acid breath ranging 20 feet (2d8+4) but females will not use it around their nest, relying on the males to use it outside of the nest’s radius. They gain this ability when they’re about a year old.
