Divine Transformation. When Ares is reduced to 0 hit points, he starts to float in the air. When he does, his glowing red eyes change color to blue, his battleaxe transforms into a gladiolus , his shield transforms into a Roman cavalry shield, and he says, “Finally, I am released from that form. I am Mars Ultor, the flip side of Ares’ coin. I don’t want to fight you anymore, for the bloodlust of Ares is released from me.” His stat block the changes to the Mars Ultor Stat Block.
Demonic Battleaxe. Melee weapon attack, +7 to hit. Hit: 5d6 +5 slashing, 3d6 fire and 3d6 necrotic damage.
Bloodlust (Recharge 5-6). Ares awakens the bloodlust in his enemies. Ranged Spell attack, range 120ft, 3 targets. Wisdom saving throw: DC 20. Failure: 1d6 psychic damage, and the target then attacks its nearest ally, on its turn, until the end of Ares next turn.
Servants of War (Recharge 6). Ares summons 2d6 Giant Boars.
Description
Ares looks like a middle aged man, with pure black hair. He looks normal, except for the fact that he is 8’5”, has glowing red eyes, and has black bat like wings, with red membranes. He wears pure black plate armor, and his shield has a black background, with a white picture of a boar, with blood and gore dripping of its tusk. Who’s battleaxe is made of a dark, demonic black steel, and is permanently dripping blood and gore.
