Multiattack. The alchemical dragon makes three attacks: one with its cannon and two with its claws.
Cannon. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 100 ft., radius 15 ft. Hit: 24 (6d6) fire damage plus 5 (1d10) lightning damage. Targets in the Area of Effect besides the primary target may make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw to halve the damage. On a miss the fireball strikes the ground 5 ft. from the target for every 3 points under AC the attack roll was. Direction is determined by a d4.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (1d12 + 6) slashing damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage.
Lightning Breath (Recharge 4–7). The alchemical dragon exhales lightning in a 90-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 56 (14d6) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The alchemical dragon may alternatively sweep it's head to make a 60-foot cone attack instead, but all targeted creatures gain advantage on their Dexterity saving throw.
The alchemical dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The alchemical dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Tail Attack. The alchemical dragon makes a tail attack.
Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The alchemical dragon beats its tattered wings. Each creature within 10 feet of the alchemical dragon must succeed on a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or take 14 (2d6 + 6) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. After beating its wings this way, the alchemical dragon can fly up to half its flying speed.
