Description

"Combat Medics don’t wear capes—they wear blood. Yours, theirs, doesn’t matter. They’ll drag your sorry body out of hell with one hand while stitching another man closed with the other. You don’t forget the face of the one who kept you breathing."
- Field Marshal Commander Atlas Nash, 53rd Expeditionary Marines

The Arcadian Combat Medic is more than a healer — they are the lifeline of the unit. Trained under the brutal realities of war, these medics are expected to move under fire, stabilize the dying, and return fire if needed. Their gear is specialized for battlefield trauma: reinforced medical satchels, trauma injectors, arcano-stim packs, and field surgical tools, all stored in a compact yet rugged carrier rig.

Arcadian doctrine doesn’t believe in keeping medics far from the fight — it drops them right in the trenches, shoulder-to-shoulder with the rest of the infantry. Each medic carries a sidearm and is trained in both defensive combat and high-speed trauma response. In the case of the 53rd Expeditionary Marines, Combat Medics like those who served beside Atlas Nash weren’t just respected — they were revered. Every soldier has a story of the medic who saved them. The problem is, not every medic made it home...
