Born of Shadow. Valga-Todd has advantage on Stealth (Stealth) checks unless under a direct light source. 

Keen Hearing and Smell. Valga-Todd has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Bonded Soul. Once per turn, Valga-Todd can deal an extra 2d6 damage to one creature he hits with an attack if he has advantage on the attack roll. Valga-Todd doesn’t need advantage on the attack roll if another enemy of the target is within 5 ft. of it, that enemy isn’t incapacitated, and he doesn’t have disadvantage on the attack roll.

Actions

Multiattack. Valga-Todd makes three attacks:

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (2d8 + 4) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or suffer (1d6 + 4) necrotic damage.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (4d8 + 4) slashing damage.

Pounce. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage;

Valga-Todd can leap towards a single target in range and makes two claw attacks on the same turn, the target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is knocked prone, Valga-Todd can make one bite attack against it as a bonus action.

Bonus Actions

Shadow Crawl. Valga-Todd can disengage and turn into a puddle of shadow and ichor and move to a location within 40 feet that is unobstructed where he takes shape again.

Description

The source of your sorcerer power, your keen friend, Todd, has donned the mask Valgavoth and imbued himself with Night 'n' Gale. Turning him into a cruel decrepit aberration that looks like a werewolf wearing a plague doctors cloak, mask and hat (of which his ears point out) resembling a twisted form of Valgavoth from times long past. A being made of shadow and black ichor.

Todd is barely able to maintain this form for long, after 5 rounds Valga-Todd will return into their original states, back to Lenny. If you wish to maintain this form, roll 1d10 to determine which spell slot is used up as to focus on this abomination. If the numbered spell slot is already gone, use the next lowest spell slot instead. This must be repeated at the start of your turn.
