Mythic Trait – Storm Rebirth (1/Day)

When Valkarion is reduced to 0 hit points, he doesn't die. Instead, he explodes into a vacuum of air. At the end of that round, he reforms in mythic form with 400 HP, shedding all conditions. His mythic actions become available.

In this form, Valkarion becomes an incarnation of sky and wind. His wings become living jetstreams, and his presence bends light and gravity. His voice becomes stormquake thunder, and he hovers effortlessly, reshaping weather and air with thought alone.

Atmospheric Supremacy

Spells with verbal components fail within 60 ft. unless the caster succeeds on a DC 25 Constitution saving throw.
Ranged attacks made beyond 90 ft. automatically miss.
Flying creatures within 300 ft. must succeed on a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone and take 3d6 bludgeoning damage

Air Sovereign

Valkarion cannot be impeded by magical or natural weather, air pressure, or wind. He can speak or roar through any air current within 1 mile and see through atmospheric distortions.

Multiattack

Valkarion makes three attacks: one with his Bite and two with his Claws.

Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 34 (4d12 + 8) piercing damage plus 18 (4d8) lightning damage.

Claw: Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target.Hit: 22 (3d10 + 8) slashing damage.

Tail: Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target.Hit: 28 (4d10 + 8) bludgeoning damage.

Storm Breath (Recharge 5–6): Valkarion exhales a 150-foot cone of compressed thunderwind. Each creature in that area must make a DC 26 Constitution saving throw, taking 90 (20d8) thunder damage + 90 (20d8) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that fail are also stunned until the end of their next turn.

Pressure Erasure (Recharge 6): All air within a 60-foot radius is violently displaced. Each creature must make a DC 25 Constitution save or take 66 (12d10) force damage and fall unconscious for 1 round. On a success, they take half damage and remain conscious.

Tempest Reversal (1/Day): All creatures of Valkarion’s choice within 500 feet must make a DC 25 Strength saving throw. On a failed save, a creature is hurled 100 feet in a direction of Valkarion’s choosing, takes 8d10 bludgeoning damage, and is knocked prone.

Legendary Actions

 Legendary Actions (3/round)

Wing Buffet (2 Actions): All creatures within 30 feet make a DC 25 Dexterity saving throw or take 3d10 bludgeoning damage and are knocked prone. Flying creatures fall 60 feet.

Static Burst: One creature Valkarion can see within 120 feet takes 6d10 lightning damage and must make a DC 24 Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn.

Move Through Storm: Valkarion teleports up to 120 feet through whirling wind and lightning.

World-Cutting Cleave (Recharge 6)

Valkarion unleashes a supreme wave of air pressure in an infinite-range cone, splitting the atmosphere along a visible horizon.

Cone Size: 300 ft. wide, infinite length

All creatures, constructs, and terrain within the cone must make a DC 26 Dexterity saving throw or take 120 (20d10) slashing damage and be cleaved in half.On success, they take half damage. This ignores resistance, cover, and magical defenses. Cannot be countered or negated by spells or magic items.On success, they take half damage. 

Oxygen Lock

All breathable air within a 120-foot radius sphere vanishes for 3 rounds. Creatures that fail a DC 25 Constitution saving throw begin suffocating and cannot cast verbal spells.

Atmospheric Drown (1/day)

One creature Valkarion can see within 300 feet must succeed on a DC 26 Constitution saving throw or be reduced to 0 hit points as the air within their lungs collapses. Constructs instead take 12d10 force damage.

Lair and Lair Actions

Lair Actions (Initiative Count 20, 1/round)

Wind Memory: Valkarion chooses one creature. That creature must replay its last turn, undoing all progress and repeating it instead. Valkarion decides if the creature remembers it.

Pressure Pulse: All grounded creatures must make a DC 23 Constitution save or take 4d10 thunder damage, fall prone, and become deafened for 1 round.

Eyes of the Storm (1/day): Three electrical vortexes orbit Valkarion. On each initiative 20, one vortex lashes out (6d12 lightning + 6d12 force, DC 25 Dex save or be stunned).

Regional Effects

Storm Sphere (20 miles): The sky within 20 miles rages eternally. Lightning storms and wind bursts lash the terrain.

Flight Disruption: Mundane flying fails. Magical flight is halved in speed and unstable.

Disruption Field: Teleportation and projectile spells have a 50% failure rate.

Atmospheric Awareness: Valkarion sees, hears, and speaks through any air current in his region.
