Consume Life: As a bonus action, the creature can target one target it can see within 5 feet of it that has 0 hit points and is still alive. The target must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw against this magic or die and the Baphomet regains 13 (2d10 + 3) hit points.

Devil's Sight: Magical darkness doesn’t impede the creature’s darkvision.

Spellcasting. The Baphomet's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). The Baphomet has following spells prepared:
Cantrip (at will): Infestation, Produce Flame
1st level (3 slots): Entangle, Ice Knife
2nd level (2 slots): Dust Devil
3rd level (2 slots): Call Lightning

Create/Bestow Familiar: The Baphomet can, once a day, turn a small mundane creature into a Familiar as though it had cast the Find Familiar spell, though without the limitation of only being able to bind one to itself. The Baphomet is able to transfer its control of a single Familiar to a Witch it has created through the Create Witch feature.

Create Witch: The Baphomet can bestow the power of Witchcraft to a willing woman, granting her the following spells:
Cantrip (at will): Druidcraft, Produce Flame
1st level (3 slots): Hex, Ray of Weakness
The Baphomet can revoke this power at will.

Actions

Multiattack: The Baphomet performs 2 Slam attacks and one Horn attack.

Slam: Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage.

Horn: Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) piercing damage and 2 (1d4) fire damage.

Charm Woman: The Baphomet attempts to manipulate the mind of a female humanoid it can see and that it is seen by within 60 feet. The target must succeed a DC15 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed as though subjected to the Charm Person spell. A target who has succeeds this saving throw, or who has broken free from this ability, becomes immune to this effect for 24 hours.

Description

The King of Demons, known as the "Sabbatic Goat." He is identified with Satanachia, a senior demon general described in the Grand Grimoire. His name is believed to be a corruption of Muhammad, the founder of Islam. He is usually depicted with the head of a goat, with a pentagram carved between his horns, and the body of a human woman or hermaphrodite. He has the power to control all human women, and is said to give witches their power, thus, famously known as a demon worshipped by witches.

The Knights Templar, heroes of the Crusades, were accused of worshipping Baphomet by a church Inquisition and branded as heretics. To keep them silent, the head of the Templars and another senior leader were sentenced to be burned alive. However, it was later revealed that this was orchestrated by King Philip IV of France, who coveted the Templars' wealth.
