Description
These dragons guard powerful sets of information locked in deep vaults so only dragon kind can look over it as these dragons are neutral towards all kinds of dragons but only teaches but doesn't give ever. They use spellcasting and magic over strength most of the time so they are more powerful magically than most dragons but physically weaker.
