Immutable Form. The flesh golem can’t shape-shift. Additionally, the golem cannot change planes of existence. If an effect attempts to do either of these things, the effect is countered and Constitution Saving Throw: DC 18, each creature in a 30-foot emanation. Failure: 36 (8d8) Psychic damage. Success: Half damage.
Magic Resistance. The flesh golem has Advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Unthinking Loyalty. The flesh golem obeys only creatures it has made a telepathic link with. It cannot be commanded by others, even through magical means. It will not act on its own and takes no actions unless commanded.
Shattered Flesh. When reduced to 0 HP, the golem explodes in a burst of meat and bile. All creatures within 10 feet must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or take 4d10 necrotic damage and be blinded until the end of their next turn.
Bladed Arm. Melee Attack Roll: +12, reach 10 ft. Hit: 49 (8d8 + 14) Slashing damage plus 28 (8d6) Poison damage.
Hungering Bolt. Ranged Attack Roll: +10, range 120 ft. Hit: 63 (14d8) Necrotic damage.
Rot Breath (Recharge 6). Constitution Saving Throw: DC 18, each creature in a 60-foot Cone. Failure: 66 (12d10) Poison damage. Success: Half damage.
Demonic Hunger (Recharge 5–6). As a bonus action after dealing damage, the golem can consume part of the target's flesh. The target makes a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or takes an additional 4d10 necrotic damage and loses 10 feet of movement on its next turn.
Gluttonous Slam. If the golem reduces a creature of medium size or larger to 0 HP, it can use its reaction to stuff the body into itself. It gains 10 temporary HP and advantage on its next attack. the temporary HP degrades after ten minutes
