Terror Roar (1/Day). The Allospinus unleashes a thunderous roar. Each creature of the Allospinus’s choice within 60 feet that can hear it and is not a dinosaur must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of the Allospinus's next turn.
Description
The Allospinus is a terrifying apex predator, the result of arcane splicing experiments or planar evolution gone awry. It towers over most creatures with the aggressive skull of an Allosaurus and the sail-backed aquatic adaptations of a Spinosaurus. Both swift and powerful, it hunts across land and sea, thriving in jungle marshes, shadowed coasts, or magically tainted swamps.
Its sail, lined with glowing veins when agitated, pulses with bioluminescent threat displays. It is a primal force of evolution—unrelenting, untamable, and nearly unstoppable.
