Influence Vermin. The uridezu can communicate with rats and giant rats as if they shared a language. The uridezu also has Advantage on Wisdom (Animal Handling) checks made to command rats.
Magic Resistance. The uridezu has Advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Pack Tactics. The uridezu has Advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the uridezu’s allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't Incapacitated.
Multiattack. The uridezu makes two Claw attacks and one Bite or Tail attack.
Claw. Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 5 ft. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) Slashing damage.
Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 5 ft. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) Piercing damage, and the target has the following effect. Constitution Saving Throw: DC 11. Failure: The target is dazed for 1 minute. The target can repeat this saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending this effect on a success. A dazed creature can only do one of the following things on its turn: move, use an Action, or use a Bonus Action.
Tail. Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 10 ft. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) Bludgeoning damage, and the target makes a DC 13 Strength (Athletics) check. On a failure, the target drops one weapon it is holding at its feet.
Spellcasting. The uridezu casts one of the following spells without Material components, using Charisma as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 12).

Description
Uridezu, otherwise known rat-fiends, were cowardly demons that normally performed errands for more powerful demonic beings. These verminous Fiends can be found on many planes of the Multiverse and are more ubiquitous than many others due to the abuse they suffer at the hands of higher demons.
