Blinkdart Pixie (DnD Vault)

Fey Trickster.
When the Blinkdart Pixie hits a creature with a force-based attack, it can force the target to make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the end of its next turn.

Weapon – Dartcatcher Wand
A curved wand with force runes. When used by the pixie, it fires flickering darts of concentrated force that bypass cover and curve around obstacles. It grants +1 to attack and damage rolls.

Blinkdart (Force Projectile). Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 60/120 ft., one target.
Hit: 13 (3d6 + 3) force damage. The dart zips through the air in a spiraling shimmer of light.

Pixie Flash (Recharge 5–6).
The Pixie emits a burst of radiant force in a 10-foot radius. Creatures within range must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or take 18 (4d8) force damage and be blinded until the end of their next turn. Half damage and no blindness on success.

Blinkstep (Recharge 5–6).
As a bonus action, the Blinkdart Pixie can teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space it can see, leaving behind a trail of shimmering arcane motes.

Tool – Mote Prism
A crystal orb that stores 3 motes of pure force. The pixie can consume one mote to add +1d8 force damage to an attack, teleport 10 feet as a reaction, or briefly become incorporeal for one turn.

Force Jolt.
When the Pixie is hit by a melee attack, it can reactively release a pulse of force. The attacker must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be pushed 10 feet away.

Armor – Forceweave Vest
A shimmering vest woven from planar threads. Grants resistance to force damage and allows the user to phase briefly out of reality once per long rest, avoiding one attack or effect entirely.
