Legendary Resistance (2/Day): If Avadus fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Heavy Cleaves: When Avadus hits a creature with a melee attack, he can deal half that damage to another creature within 5 feet of the original target.

Actions

Multiattack. Avidus makes two melee attacks.

Greatsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 or 10 slashing damage.

Gravity Crush (Recharge 5–6). All creatures within 20 feet must make a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be pulled up to 15 feet toward Avadus and knocked prone, taking 9 bludgeoning damage.

World Sever (1/Encounter). Avadus slams his sword into the ground; the arena fractures into two zones for 2 rounds.

  • Half the party fights Avadus’s Echo (Blu Typhoon, but HP 40). Avadus chooses how the party is split up.

  • After 2 rounds, zones collapse back together and Echo vanishes.

Bonus Actions

Rift Dominion: While in a Rift-infused area, Avadus can use a bonus action to cause debris to float or shift, granting him half cover (A target with half cover has a +2 bonus to AC and Dexterity saving throws.) until the start of his next turn.

Legendary Actions

Legendary Action Uses: 3. Immediately after another creature’s turn, Avadus can expend a use to take one of the following actions. Avadus regains all expended uses at the start of each of its turns.

Move. Avidus moves up to half his speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Rift Step (Costs 2 Actions). Teleports up to 30 ft. to a space he can see. His next attack before the end of his turn has advantage.
Cleave (Costs 2 Actions). Makes one greatsword attack against each of two different creatures within reach.

Description

In ancient times, when the universe was born, a group of lesser deities called Apportioners were created to divide the universe into multiple universes and dimensions. Avadus and his brothers and sisters worked tirelessly to split the then-single center of existence into the interdimentional world we know today. Upon the final "apportioning" each of the Apportioners were to expire. For some reason Avadus did not. Since then, for eons, Avadus (free from the traditional flow of time and space) has been traveling dimensions destroying anchor-beings and disrupting anchor events. Finally, his plans are coming to fruition, as the structure between dimsenional realms is collapsing. Avadus believes this will restore the universe into its primal, singular existence with time and space collapsed to a single plan. But will it? And at what cost?
