Mace of the Hated One - Heavy Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 22 ft - All targets in a straight line from giant chainless enchanted anchors falling from the sky (anchors disappear 3 turns after striking the ground). Hit: 7 (2d12 + 3) [Bludgeoning/Coldfire] damage + (1d8 Piercing) damage + (1d4 Necrotic) DMG.

Bonus Actions

Hemomantic Slam. Target is launched into a wall from an 11ft/3ft mass of blood, blood must be taken from 3 recently slain individuals or three of her living thralls, the latter instantly kills the thralls. Targets take 3d10 necrotic damage if they fail a constitution saving throw.

Dash of Crimson. Is able to travel through spilled blood puddles within a 22ft radius.

Reactions

Mist Form. Turns into a sentient cloud of mist for 1 round and becomes immune to all damage besides radiant damage, which will dispel Mist Form.

Claw Swipe. Slashes vampire claws in a 7ft cone radius. Targets take 2d8 Slashing damage.

Legendary Actions

A massive enchanted chained anchor falls from the sky, blurring the lines between the Material Plane and the Abyss.

Minor Planemeld (Costs 1 Action). Anchors that fall from the sky each create a single portal to the Abyss, causing all monsters near where the portal opened on the Abyss side to flow out of the portal and into our realm. The exact amount will be decided by your GM. If someone is crushed by one of these anchors, they take 3d20 Bludgeoning damage.

Starving Ground (Costs 1 Action & is unable to attack for 2 Rounds). As you feel the ground beneath you become wet, thick, & slimy, you begin to hear "The Abyss hungers......." violently reverberating in your mind over and over again, you must roll a 1d100 constitution saving throw. Failing the saving throw results in you taking the damage difference from the lair's saving throw and being dragged by a massive puddle of blood into the ground. You have 5 rounds to succeed in a 1d100 constitution saving throw or be dragged into the abyss.

Description

Xenia, an ancient vampire from the dawn of the first vampires. Survived any potential purges by staying relatively hidden in her castle, studying strategical textbooks and magickal tomes for hundreds of years while honing her skills with her creator's mace gifted for the carnage her servants still managed to cause while in hiding, and her cruelty towards mortals, her servants, & her thralls when she decided to deal with them herself that made Orcus himself smile with pure malicious joy.

Those who have caught a glimpse of her face describe her as an elderly Drow with glowing blue irises with dark purple sclera. Some even say they think they saw fangs in her irises. Though those who told these stories have mysteriously gone missing.......

Lair and Lair Actions

A haunting castle rests in the bowels of a forbidden mountain. Nobody knows what lives there, they only know the rumors that those who venture too close to the mountain's exterior or too deep into the mountain go missing.

Summon the Corrupted: Sends out a telepathic signal to all Xenia's servants and thralls to alert them that she is in danger.
