Magic Resistance.
The Deathcall Harpy has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Desolation Chorus.
While more than one Deathcall Harpy uses or is concentrating on Desolation Melody, affected creatures have disadvantage on Wisdom saving throws to resist the melody.
Multiattack. The harpy makes two Rend attacks.
Rend. Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 5 ft. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) Slashing damage and 3 (1d6) Necrotic damage.
Desolation Melody (Recharge 5-6). The harpy sings a magical melody, which lasts until its Concentration ends on it. Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 14, each Humanoid and Giant in a 300-foot Emanation originating from the harpy when the song starts (demons succeed automatically). Failure: The target is compelled by despair. They have the Charmed condition until the song ends and repeats the save at the end of each of its turns. While Charmed, the target has the Incapacitated condition and seeks to harm themselves by using their movement to move towards hazards such as fire, cliffs, pits, or similar. If none are nearby, they move towards the harpy. However, before moving into damaging terrain and whenever it takes damage, the target repeats the save with disadvantage.
Fiendish Flight.
She can take the Dash or Disengage action as a bonus action while flying.
Deathcall (1/day).
When the Deathcall Harpy takes damage from a creature it can sense within 60 feet, it unleashes a burst of necrotic energy. The creature must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw, taking 14 (3d8) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
Description
Twisted by the Abyss and shaped by the will of greater demons, Deathcall Harpies are winged fiends that sing mortals to their doom. Once humanoid in form, their flesh has been withered by demonic fire, their voices cursed to lure the living into fatal falls or ruinous traps. Unlike common harpies, Deathcall Harpies do not seek to toy or tease — they are executioners from the sky, dispatched to eliminate threats with cruel precision.
Singers of the Fall. Deathcall Harpies serve as living instruments of greater demons' wrath, their dissonant songs compelling victims toward cliffs, chasms, and other lethal terrain. The songs twist the mind and sever reason, replacing self-preservation with suicidal yearning. Their melodies aren’t beautiful — they are urgent, piercing, and utterly wrong.
Eyes Without Pity. Deathcall Harpies are blind, their eye sockets hollow and scorched, yet they navigate flawlessly through sound and infernal instinct. They see not with sight, but with the dark will of the Abyss. Their presence is often marked by silence falling over birds, a sudden drop in air pressure, and the unmistakable, sorrowless scream of the wind being carved into music.
