Alum the Star Gazer

Telescopic SIgth: Alum can´r roll less than a 10 on perception skill checks that rely on sigth, and it has advantage agaisnt spells and spell like effects that blind, or obstruct sigth in any way such as ilusions and sandstorms.

Spectral Assistant: Alum only posseses part of his original body, as such he wields a magical wheel chair, that seems to be pushed by a spectral figure, that has a 30ft walking speed that ignores dificult terrain. 

Blessed Undead: Alum does not need to drink, eat, breath or sleep, and it is immune to effects that woudl put him to sleep.

Alum is a creature of undeath blesed by the god of life and death, it is immune to effects that would penalize undead creatures (turn undead, holy avenger etc).

Multicasting: Alum is not a capable warrior, however his magical skills are of great prowess, he can use two of its available actions.

Sacred Ligth: A creature within 60ft of Alum that it can see must succeed in a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw taking 2d6+6 radiant damage on a failure.

Alum can choose to instead target an ally and it regains 2d6+6 hit points instead.

Radiant Barrier (3-Day): Alum forms a barrier of ligth over a willing creature, that creature gains resistance to radiant and necrotic damage for 1 minute or until Alum falls unconscient.

Telescopic Beam (1-Day): Alum charges its magical energies on its telescopic eye, casting forth a beam of ligth, all creatures within a 60ft long line must succeed in a DC 17 Constitution saving throw taking 8d6 radiant damage and being blinded until the end of their next turn on a failure half as much on a success.
