Traits

Sinner's Judgement (Mythic Trait; Recharges after a Short or Long Rest)If Bloodstained Obssession is reduced to 0 hit points, she doesn't die or fall unconscious. Instead, she regains 100 hit points, 200 Temp HP and enter <Phase3>. She now has access to Mythic Action and unleashes "Chained By The Scale" as a free mythic action.

Accursed Hemospirit Rite Weapon. The blood hunter's rite weapon is any of it's attack. Its attacks with its rite weapon are magical and deal an additional 1d8 necrotic damage (included in the attack). Whenever she deals damage to a creature, Bloodstained Obssession gain 5 stackable TEMP HP.

Ruthless. Bloodstained Obssession first attack against a target each turn has advantage and inflict "Malediction". During <Phase2> she deals extra 5 necrotic damage upon hitting any target with any features or action(succeed on Saving Throw does not count as hit). She also have +5 to Initiative.

  • Malediction: At the start of the creature turn, the creature recieves 1d4 necrotic damage for each Malediction stack it has. This damage cannot be reduce in anyway and cannot be removed except from either remove curse or heals 15 or more HP at once (remove one stack for every 15 healing recieved).

Accursed Fae Origin - Distorted. Only during <Phase1>, Bloodstained Obssession gains 1d4 stackable TEMP HP every time she recieves damage. She also has resistance to necrotic and is immune to any curse. With this, she can also has advantages against any d20 that can inflict charm or similar effect.

Divine Blessing of Wisdomic Eyes. Bloodstained Obssession can channel the divinity of Mimir directly which make her feels and can read player statblocks, all players are required to put Current HP/Max HP/AC and TEMP HP in Owlbear Rodeo. Allowing her access to Meta-game knowledge.

Spellcasting. The Bloodstained Obssession is a 11-level Cleric/Blood Hunter spellcaster. Its uses a player stat block for spells.

XI. The Justice, My Torment Dyed In White (Once per long rest). When Bloodstained Obssession HP is 200 or lower she enters <Phase2> and unleashed "Cries of The Stained Soul" as a legendary action.



Ambivalent Vision <Phase2>Bloodstained Obssession is resistance to psychic damage, immune to charm and effects that influence her to do something. She also gain 1 more reactions.

Divine Blessing of Black Inception <Phase2>. Bloodstained Obssession manifest her Reality Marble by channeling the power of Aurgelmir and it's Divine Construct "Midgard". Within this landscape, she gain access to Lair Action and gain +1 to hit for every stack of "Malediction" the targets has when she is attacking it. She can choose to be immune to Stun condition. However, when she recieve the condition, she instead has disadvantage for all d20 test until the end of her next turn. If she request the saving throw, all target has advantage on the saving throw.

Divine Blessing of White Sovereign <Phase2>Bloodstained Obssession channeling the power of Wodanaz and it's Divine Construct "Gungnir". While a creature  ends it turn within 10feet her, it recieve 5 radiant damage and she gain 4 stackableTEMP HP every time a creature recieve damage this way.



Divine Blessing of Harmonic Equilibrium <Phase3>Bloodstained Obssession channel the power of Forseti and it's Divine Construct "Scale of Equity, Glitnir", open another Reality Marble which now has "Axiom" and "Truth" tiles, when the number of creatures is greater is one of the tiles all creature recieve a stack of "Maledict" whe a creature within the tiles recieve damage.

Dark Augmentation <Phase3>Bloodstained Obssession speed increases by 10 feet, and she have a bonus to Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution saving throws equal to your Hemocraft modifier (+5).

Distored Spirit Strike <Phase3>Bloodstained Obssession gain +5 necrotic damage to spells and attack.

 

Actions

Multiattack.  Bloodstained Obssession can attack two times with a weapon and cast a level 1 or lower spells. During <Phase2> she may attack two time and use "Pierce the Broken Heart" or "Commanding Astir, Pact of Fortia Hound" if it's available. During <Phase3> she may attack two time and use "Gone My Love" or "The Will of Mine" if it's available.

No Mercy. Melee Weapon Attack: +11to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. deal (3d8 +5) necrotic damage. Upon successful attack, inflict a stack of "Malediction".

Casting spells. Bloodstained Obssession cast three or more level 2 or higher spell. Alternatively, she cast two cantrip and one level two or lower spell.



Pierce the Broken Heart <Phase2> (Recharge5-6). Bloodstained Obssession attack a creature with Gungnir, has +100000 to hit and cannot critically miss, which can either be a stab or throw (60ft) at a target dealing (4d10+20) magical piercing damage. When stabbed, creature recieve 2 stack of "Malediction". All target 5feet near a line of throwing(does not recieve damage) and within 30ft cone shape in the direction of the target recieve half damage and must succeed on a STR Saving Throw DC19 or knockback by 10feet and recieve prone. With overwhelming power of regret all creatures that relieve the damage by this ability must succeed on a WIS Saving Throw20 or have the fear condition for 1 minute, creatures repeat the saving at the end of their every turn with additional -2 to DC each time.The target cannot use any reaction during this attack. Gungnir dissapear after this attack. 

Heed Thy Call, The Fortia Pact  <Phase2> (Recharge5-6). Bloodstained Obssession moves up to her walking speed and attack a creature with No Mercy. After which she summon  2 Fortia Hound(Dire Wolf) to attack a target and attack with No Mercy again which has advantage (including the Fortia Hound). Every successful attack of this ability grant Bloodstained Obssession 10 Temp HP each and grant Brand of Castigation(5 psychic damage) to the target which can only brand one creature .



Gone My Love  <Phase3> (Recharge6). Bloodstained Obssession inflict fear among every non-friendly creature. All creature within 100feet must succeed on a CHA Saving Throw DC19 or recieve 4d8 Psychic Damage and become frightened and restrained for 1 minutes. Everytime a creature recieve damage from any source or end their turn, they can repeat the saving throw with +1 to their saving throw each time. On a success, creature recieves half damage instead and is not frightened.

The Will of Mine <Phase3>Bloodstained Obssession unleash gust of power which overwhelm every creatures within 100ft radius recieve 10 stack of "Malediction". All creature of which must succeed on a CON Saving Throw DC20 or get knockback by 15ft, recieve the prone conditions and recieve damage equal to their "Malediction" and remove half of the total stack. On success, the target does not goes prone and knockback while recieving only half damage and still removes half stack.

 

Bonus Actions

Hound Command. As a Bonus action, Bloodstained Obssession grant up to 4 hounds action.

Incomplete Name Magic (Recharge5-6). As a Bonus action, if Bloodstained Obssession knows name of a creature and can see it within 100ft of her she can attempt to swap its identity with one of the hound. The creature must succeed on an INT Saving ThrowDC19 or be swapped. The creature repeats this Saving Throw at the end of its turn or when the hound use action or bonus action.

Reactions

Channel Divinity: Pierce The Heart (Twice per long rest). As a reaction when a creature that Bloodstained Obssession can see within 60 feet of you takes damage, the creature must make a Constitution saving throw DC19 at the start of its next turn, receiving the same damage taken again on a failure, or half as much on a success.

Riposte - Endless Bond. As a reaction when a creature attack hits Bloodstained Obssession, she can attack the target once with No Mercy and inflict a stack of "Malediction" regardless of it hits or not.



 Shield of Degrading Bond <Phase2> (Recharge 6). As a reaction when a creature attack Bloodstained Obssession, she gain resistance to all damage and gain Stackable TEMP HP equal to total "Malediction" until the start of the turn. Remove half of every creatures "Malediction".

Legendary Actions

Cries of The Stained Soul (Recharge 6). Bloodstained Obssession channel the power of Aurgelmir the Inception and it's Divine Construct "Midgard". All creature within the reality marble now gain one stack of "Malediction" and Blood Spears start to rain down on every creatures that must succeed on a DEX Saving Throw DC19 or recieve 3d10 necrotic damage and gain another stack of "Malediction". Creature that succeed recieve half damage instead and does not gain a stack. She then summon summon two Epoch Hound which has a winter wolf statblock but 100HP/AC18/to hit equal to her and +4 on all saving throw and checks/gain a reaction to take damage instead of Bloodstained Obssession if it is within 15feet.

Blink. Bloodstained Obssession teleport to a direction she choose within her walking speed and can use No Mercy and a stack of "Malediction".

Spell Cast. Bloodstained Obssession can cast one cantrip and one level spells.



 In The Name of Vengence <Phase2>. Bloodstained Obssession can use either Pierce the Broken Heart or Heed Thy Call, The Fortia Pact if it is available

Mythic Actions

Chained By The Scale (Recharge 6). Bloodstained Obssession channel the power of Glitnir and inflict "Scale" on every creatures which has the effect of Brand of Tethering until the end of combat. Whenever someone with the Scale gain HP/TEMP HP/AC increase or other buff, she also gain those effect at 1/4 effciency.

  • Scale: branded creature can’t take the Dash action, and if it attempts to teleport or to leave its current plane by any means, it takes 4d6 psychic damage and must make a Wisdom saving throw.

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the Bloodstained Obssession takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the Bloodstained Obssession can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
