Immutable Form. Valeria is immune to any spell or effect that would alter her form.
Evasion. When Valeria is subjected to an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half if she fails.
Magic Resistance. Valeria has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Valeria fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Multiattack. Valeria makes four attacks with her Elemental Blade.
Elemental Blade. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) slashing damage plus 7 (2d6) cold, fire, or lightning damage (Valeria's choice).
Swift Reposition. Valeria moves up to half her speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Summon Elemental Blades (Recharge 5-6). Valeria can create up to five elemental blades that float in the air. These blades can be any combination of cold, fire, or lightning. On subsequent turns, Valeria can use a bonus action to command the blades to fly up to 60 feet and make a melee spell attack against a target. Each blade makes a separate attack.

Melee Spell Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d10) cold, fire, or lightning damage.
Feather Block. When Valeria is hit by a melee attack, she can use her reaction to reduce the damage by 15 (2d10 + 4).
Evasive Flourish. When Valeria is targeted by a ranged attack, she can use her reaction to add a +5 bonus to her AC against that attack.
Valeria can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Valeria regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
Move. Valeria moves up to her speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Blade Attack. Valeria makes one Elemental Blade attack.
Elemental Burst (Costs 2 Actions). Valeria chooses one of her summoned blades and causes it to explode. Each creature within a 10-foot radius of the blade must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking 21 (6d6) damage of the blade's element (cold, fire, or lightning) on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
Lair and Lair Actions
On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Valeria can cause one of the following effects. She cannot use the same effect two rounds in a row. These effects have a duration of 1 minute, and Valeria can choose to end an effect at any time.
Domain of the Blizzard. The area within a 120-foot radius of Valeria becomes a chilling blizzard. Creatures within the area have their speed halved and have disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws. Any creature that starts its turn in the area takes 10 (3d6) cold damage.
Domain of the Firestorm. The area within a 120-foot radius of Valeria becomes a scorching firestorm. Any creature that starts its turn in the area takes 10 (3d6) fire damage. Ranged attacks within the area have disadvantage.
Domain of the Lightning Field. The area within a 120-foot radius of Valeria becomes an unstable lightning field. Creatures within the area can't take reactions. Any creature that starts its turn in the area takes 10 (3d6) lightning damage.
