Traits

Poisonous Bite. Whenever a hit with the bite attack is a critical, the target becomes poisoned.

Toxic Blood. Upon going below half health, it writhes in pain and spews its blood everywhere. All creatures in a 30ft circle around the creature must make a DC 14 Dex save and gain the poisoned effect. On a fail, you take 30 (3d20) poison damage. Take half damage on a success.

Death Throws (Mythic Trait). Upon reaching 0hp, if the beast has not yet taken a turn instead of dying, the beast instead extends itself to its full height and bellows out in rage. The beast then heals 1d10 health and can not go below 1 health until it has used its mythic abilities at least once. If the beast proceeds to win the fight, it dies within 5 minutes after the fight ends.

Actions

Multiattack. The beast makes both a bite attack and a slam attack, in any order.

Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +7, reach 10ft. Hit: 20 (4d20) piercing damage plus 18 (3d12) poison damage.

Slam. Melee Attack Roll: +7, reach 5ft. Hit: 38 (11d6+5) bludgeoning damage.

Reactions

Blood Spatter. Trigger: The beast gets damaged by a melee attack. Response: It covers the attacker in its blood. This does poison damage equal to one of the damage dice done in the attack.

Mythic Actions

These abilities may be used as legendary actions once the beast's mythic action has been triggered.

Last Stand. You may take an extra turn.

Description

Aril is a towering, skinless flesh worm. It has massive non-functional wings and peeling flesh. Beware its poisonous bite and toxic blood!
