Quirk: Cannot resist mocking both allies and enemies; sometimes gives away positions.
Gnashing Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) piercing damage.
Maddening Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) psychic damage as the skull’s laughter echoes in the victim’s mind. Target must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of the skull until the end of its next turn.
Biting Sarcasm. As a bonus action, the skull can hurl insults at one creature within 30 ft. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom save or have disadvantage on its next attack roll.
