Marked by Wyrmfire. Once per short rest, the Ashbound can brand a target with wyrmfire. For 1 minute, the target sheds dim green light in a 10-foot radius and has disadvantage on saving throws against fear and charm effects from dragon-type creatures or Emerald Creed magic.
Voice of the Creed (1/day). The Ashbound channels Nym’s doctrine. Each creature of the Ashbound’s choice within 30 feet that can hear it must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. While charmed in this way, the creature regards Nym as a divine figure and cannot willingly attack Ashbound or Creed members.
Fanatical Endurance. When reduced to 0 hit points, the Ashbound can make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a success, it drops to 1 hit point instead and gains resistance to all damage until the end of its next turn.
Tactics & Flavor. Ashbound patrol the borders of the Dark Shrine and enforce the Emerald Creed’s doctrine in occupied cities. Their presence is marked by green flame sigils and whispered sermons. They often travel in pairs or trios, accompanied by a Verdant of the Creed.
Multiattack. Ashbrand Blade
Ashbrand Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage, +4 (1d8) fire damage. If the targer is a creature, it must succeed on a DC13 Constitution saving throw or be marked by wyrmfire.
