Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Immutable Form. The Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.
Magic Resistance. The Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Siege Monster. The Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon deals double damage to objects and structures.
Unusual Nature. The Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon doesn’t require air, food, drink, or sleep, and it gains no benefit from finishing a short or long rest.
Reconstruction. The spirit of the Blue Eyes is contained within the White Stone of Ancients imbedded in the Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon's head. When the Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon is reduced to 0 hit points, its body shuts down and becomes inactive. So long as the White Stone of Ancients remains attached, after 1d6 days, the power of the Blue Eyes spirit within will restore any damage to the body and reactivate the construct with full hit points. Should the stone be removed, the construct will break into nine pieces: two arms, two legs, two wings, a tail, a torso, and a head. Each piece is a Large object with AC 19, 33 hit points and immunity to psychic and poison damage. Should the stone be reattached and at least the head and torso pieces remain intact, all remaining pieces within 6 miles of the stone will teleport to the location of the head piece and merge with it, whereupon the Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon regains all its hit points and becomes active again.
Multiattack. The Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon can use its Engine of Destruction. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +14, reach 15 ft. Hit: 19 (2d10 + 8) Piercing damage plus 11 (2d10) Radiant damage.
Claw. Melee Attack Roll: +14, reach 10 ft. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 8) Slashing damage.
Tail. Melee Attack Roll: +14, reach 20 ft. Hit: 19 (2d10 + 8) Bludgeoning damage.
Engine of Destruction (5/day). The Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon supercharges it metal frame with arcane power. For the next round, the Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon gets a +5 bonus to Attack, Damage, and Saving Throws and an additional 16 (3d10) Lightning damage on Blazing Burst Stream.
Blazing Burst Stream (Recharge 5–6). Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 21, each creature in a 120-foot-long, 10-foot-wide Line. Failure: 60 (11d10) Radiant damage. Success: Half damage.
Fulguration Cannon (Recharge 6). Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 21, each creature in a 10-foot radius Sphere. Failure: 99 (6d12 + 60) Lightning damage. Success: Half damage.
Legendary Action Uses: 3. Immediately after another creature’s turn, the Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon can expend a use to take one of the following actions. The Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon regains all expended uses at the start of each of its turns.
Scan (Costs 1 Action). The Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.
Tail Attack (Costs 1 Action). The Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon makes a Tail attack.
Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon beats its wings. Each creature within 10 ft. of the dragon must succeed on a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw or take 15 (2d6 + 8) Bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The dragon can then fly up to half its flying speed.
Recharge (Cost 2 Actions). The Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon can make another attempt to recharge one of its Breath Weapons if it is expended.
Bright Lightning (Costs 3 Actions). The Blue Eyes Blazing Bright Dragon exhales a breath of lightning in a 30- foot cone. Each creature in that cone must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 30 (10d6) Lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Description
A Blue Eyes Bright Dragon is a pretty rare and awe inspiring sight, but not too different in behavior from most other constructs. Occasionally, one will display signs of an unusual, almost life-like personality, but this is rare and a temporary state. However, rumors have spread of a rogue Blue Eyes Bright Dragon that seems to constantly behave more like a real dragon than a construct modeled after one. Its body crackling with blazing lightning, this construct answers to no one and is highly aggressive to all those that approach it. It has also been described as much stronger than a typical Blue Eyes Bright Dragon, almost equal to a normal Blue Eyes White Dragon. The more superstitious who remember the origins of the Blue Eyes Bright Dragon recall how the original creation of Rokuta flew off into the unknown after awakening and suspect this rogue construct may in fact be that original Blue Eyes Bright Dragon, still controlled by the spirit of the Blue Eyes White Dragon whose White Stone of Ancients was implanted in it. How much of these rumors and speculations is true and what this unknown construct is after remains unknown, however, what is know is that this construct is incredibly dangerous to approach and seemingly impossible to reason with. Those who seek it out do so at their own risk, for the metallic beast has the fury of a true dragon and the firepower to match. And should it really possess a Dragon Spirit with Eyes of Blue inside, then perhaps not even deactivation will be enough to end the reign of this out of control mech....
