Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Bari fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed it instead.
Dream Telling. Bari, being the storyteller to Don Quixote and Sancho, is immune to the charmed condition. Additionally, after conversing with an opponent after combat, she gains advantage on Persuasion (Charisma) ability checks.
A Knight of the White Moon. Bari gains resistance to all nonmagical attacks, magical piercing damage, necrotic, and force damage. Additionally, she's immune to radiant damage.
Blessing of the Moon. Bari has been granted the blessing and curse of the moon, presumed to be some form of longevity at the very least. She gains advantage on all Wisdom and Charisma saving throws; however, her physical state will forever remain as it is now, her growth in strength will stagnate, and her maximum potential has been capped.
Honorable Duel. When fighting only one opponent in a duel, Bari may choose to make it a duel. In this case, Bari's immunity to radiant damage drops to a resistance, and she loses the immunity to the charmed condition for the battle. Additionally, she gains a temporary HP pool, with said temporary maximum HP being lowered to two times her opponent's maximum HP (if her opponent's HP is lower than hers).
If the opponent's HP is dropped to zero, combat will end, and the opponent will be revived with 1hp.
If Bari's temporary HP is dropped to zero, combat will end, and Bari will forfeit the duel, her HP returning to normal (minus damage dealt during combat).
A Close Match. Bari excels in combat, as demonstrated through her 3 day and night-long duel with Don Quixote. Starting from her 4th turn in combat, Bari may add an additional +5 to attack rolls against her opponents.
Honorable Fixer. When Bari hits 100hp for the first time, her attack pattern disappears, and she can make a combination of either any three melee attacks, two melee attacks and one [Arwe] attack, or two [Arwe] attacks.
Master of Weapons. As Bari wields multiple weapons, those few being a Hwando (longsword), a shortsword, and a high-tech compound longbow. With her immense experience and versatility, Bari automatically gains proficiency with any weapon she sets her hands on.
Regenerative Moonlight. As the Knight of the White Moon, Bari has a certain unknown level of immortality. At the beginning of each of her turns, Bari regains 25hp so long as she starts the turn with at least 1hp. Additionally, she is immune to the exhausted and petrified conditions.
Multiattack. Bari has three attack patterns, which repeat from the top once finished (until the Honourable Fixer trait is activated), that she makes in this order (starting from the first on turn one):
- Dragon of the Spring, Dragon of the Spring, Lotus in Autumn
- Dragon of the Spring, Lotus in Autumn, Faint Trace
- Dragon of the Spring OR Lotus in Autumn, Faint Trace, Pallid Trace
Dragon of the Spring. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft. Hit: 19 (3d6 + 8) slashing damage. The target must make a Constitution DC 17 save or have their movement speed halved until the beginning of Bari’s next turn.
Lotus in Autumn. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft. Hit: 15 (2d6+8) slashing damage. The target must make a Strength DC 17 save or be knocked prone.
Faint Trace. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft. Hit: 26 (4d8 + 8) slashing damage. Bari may choose to roll with disadvantage, and if the attack still hits, she deals an extra 10 force damage.
Pallid Trace. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft. Hit: 30 (4d10 + 8) slashing. Bari may choose to roll with a -5 modifier, and if the attack still hits, she deals an extra 14 radiant damage.
Arwe. Ranged Weapon Attack: +20 to hit, range 200/800 ft., one target. Hit: 41 (6d10 + 8) piercing damage and 15 (3d6 + 4) radiant damage. When the Arwe hits, the targets' piercing resistances are lowered to nothing until the beginning of their next turn.
Blue Arwe. Ranged Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, range 80/200 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (4d8 + 8) piercing damage.
Red Arwe (Recharge 5-6). 90ft. line, DEX saving throw DC 21. On a failed save, the target takes 35 (8d8) radiant damage. Additionally, the target is knocked prone on a failed save.
Blak Arwe (Recharge 5-6). 60ft. cone, DEX saving throw DC 21. On a failed save, the target takes 32 (7d8) psychic damage. If the Arwe hits, the target must make an additional WIS saving throw DC 21, and on a failure, the target gains disadvantage on all attacks against Bari until the start of their next turn. The target instead takes half damage on a successful DEX save.
Mirror of Water. When targeted by a spell attack or ranged attack, Bari temporarily raises her AC to 24. If the attack aimed at her misses, it is instead reflected towards her opponent, dealing half damage.
Electron Accelerator Rail Activation. If an opponent rolls to hit Bari with a melee attack, she may make either a [Blue Arwe], [Red Arwe], or [Blak Arwe] attack against them before they swing. If both fail to recharge, Bari may instead make a [Dragon of the Spring] attack, but at disadvantage.
Bari has 3 legendary actions. She regains all used legendary actions at the beginning of her turn.
Quick Slashes (Costs 1 Action). Bari makes a [Dragon in the Spring] or a [Lotus in Autumn] attack.
Electron Accelerator Rail Activation (Costs 2 Actions). Bari ignores the recharge mechanic and makes her choice of a [Red Arwe] or [Blak Arwe] attack against her opponent. However, after making the attack, her AC drops to 17 until the start of her next turn.
Arwe Burst (Costs 3 Actions). Bari launches a rain of arrows upon her foes. All creatures within a 30ft. cone in front of Bari must make a DEX saving throw DC 21, or take 36 (4d12 + 8) piercing damage.
Description
Bari is a tall woman with pale skin and droopy light blue eyes. She has blue hair that she wears parted in the middle, with the front falling over her shoulders, while the back is kept short. She wears a long black jacket with a large zipper, black pants and shoes with blue detailing, and a bulky blue overcoat with large pockets, all in a style resembling modern techwear.
Bari carries two swords in a set, a long hwando with a ring hanging from the side of the sheath, and a smaller, seemingly more modern sword, with a small guard and a black and blue sheath. Additionally, in the reconstruction of Don Quixote's memories, Bari is seen carrying a blue and black metal backpack connected to a high-tech compound longbow, which she utilizes during their duel.
