In addition, that creature becomes unknowingly paralyzed, if the creature becomes aware of its condition by waking or otherwise, it may make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw at the beginning of its turn, ending the effect on a success.
Pack Tactics The Val'kreg has advantage on attack rolls if an ally is within 5ft of the target.
Nightmarish Prescence The Val'kreg screeches a terrible cry, targets within 30ft must make a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw or become Frightened. The target may make the save again at the end of its turn, ending the effect on a success.
Draining Dreams Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 5) Psychic damage. The Val'kreg heals half the damage taken.
Nightmare Teleport The Val'kreg may teleport from one area of dim or light or darkness to another area of the same variety within 60ft.
Description
A Val'kreg, or more commonly known as a sleep paralysis demon, is a commonly told legend amongst commoners as a fearful spirit who kills lazy people in the night. In reality. Val'kregs are pack hunters from the abyss who drain the life from sleeping humanoids to feed their hunger of dreams. To hide their identity, Val'kregs take the shape and paralyze their victim to cause confusion and panic, further feeding them.
