Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Biollante fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Lingering Breath: Biollante can make an area Acidic and corroded for 1d4 days. Any creature in, entering, or passing through takes 4d8 Acid damage.
Incorporeal Form: To escape from battle or travel at an incredible rate of speed, Biollante can surrender her physical form and become a glowing collection of spores. While in this form, she can fly at 600' per second. While in incorporeal form Biollante is immune to all forms of damage, undetectable by any form of magic, and her regeneration increases to 100. Biollante may assume or leave this form as a standard action once every 10 minutes. If reduced to 0 hit points, Biollante automatically assumes her incorporeal form as a free action, but must wait four days to re-assume corporeal form
Rapid Healing: Biollante's healing abilities are even more powerful than Godzilla's. Her Fast Healing works for 35 points per round instead of 30, though fire can halt this effect.
Multi-attack: Biollante can make four attacks. One with her bite, two with her constrict, and one with her Acidic sap spray.
Acidic Sap Spray: Biollante can spew forth a geyser of acidic sap, capable of melting through the toughest of metals. The sap deals 12d8 acid damage and 3d8 poison damage (DC25 DEX save for half damage). The acid is tacky and very difficult to remove, dealing 4D8 acid damage and 1d8 radiation damage for 1d6 round to anyone who fails their reflex save. At least a gallon of alcohol is necessary to remove the acidic sap from a medium sized creature, taking a full round action to wash it away. Biollante may use her breath weapon once every 1d4 rounds. Biollante's mouthed vines may also use a lesser version of her acidic sap spray, dealing 5d8 acid damage and 1d8 poison damage in a 60' cone (DC25 DEX save for half damage). The mouthed tendrils can use this attack every 1d4 rounds,
Endless Vines: Biollante is always surrounded by numerous tendrils which sprout from the ground. She may have a maximum of 12 tendrils to attack with at any time (4 mouthed vines, 8 piercing vines). If any of the tendrils are destroyed, they will grow back after 1 round has passed.
Constrict: Using the many vine-like tendrils she commands, Biollante crushes and breaks whatever she wraps her them around. On a successful grapple, Biollante's vines deal 6d6 + 30 bludgeoning damage on successful grapple check. This is in addition to the other damage done on a successful check.
Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 36 (4d12 + 10) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it is grappled (escape DC 20). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and Biollante can't bite another target.
Biollante can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Biollante regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn
Earthquake: Biollante's every move creates tremors, transforming the terrain and damaging buildings nearby. Everything within 80ft of Biollante when she moves is subject to the effects of the earthquake spell. This effect is not magical and can not be counter spelled or stopped by any anti-magic effect. The earthquake lasts as long as Biollante moves, shifting within the 80' radius around her as she moves. Once she stops moving, the quake ends, and the effects described under the spell take place. Biollante is immune to the effects of the earthquake she causes and cannot suppress this ability.
Impaling Vine: Biollante lands a critical hit with her piercing tendrils against a huge or larger opponent, the vine sinks deep into their flesh. At the start of her opponent's turn, they take damage equal to her piercing tendril's damage dice. As an immediate action, Biollante can pull the piercing vine from her opponent's body, but the impaled opponent must succeed at a grapple combat maneuver check to remove the vine themselves. Until the vine is removed, all forms of movement that the skewered enemy possess are halved and their maneuverability, if any, is reduced by one step. On removing the vine, Biollante's opponent takes damage as if they had started their turn impaled
Description
Known as both the Lady of Vines and Tender of the Garden, Biollante is a beautiful and fearsome sight to behold. With power rivaling her "brother" Godzilla, Biollante can be eerily docile and peaceful. Wherever she goes, the bio-beast causes life to spring up; flowers blossom and greenery flourishes under her gaze. But should the wild places of the world be placed under threat, a dreadful power is unveiled to the ruin of all who oppose her. Biollante is the goddess of acid, animals, conservation, earth, fertility, life, mutation, and plants.
Her size rivaling King Ghidorah himself, Biollante is mountainous and as strange as a goddess of plants and mutations could be. Standing nearly 500' tall and weighing in at 200000 tons, Biollante appears like a hill or small mountain from a distance. The plant kaiju moves via 4 large tendrils, the gigantic limbs rending the ground beneath her like a plow. In addition to these 4 limbs, numerous piercing and fanged vines burst from the ground around the massive kaiju in response to her will. Biollante's skin is dark green and bark-like, with thorns larger than a grown man and leaf shaped plates running down her back to the ground. In her belly rests a glowing core behind a vine mesh, where the organ pulses with red-orange energy. These exotic features would be enough to give anyone pause, but Biollante's horrifying visage is what draws the most attention. A long crocodilian snout filled with a multitude of thorns yawns open, drooling acidic sap as she calls out with a warbling cry. Piercing pink eyes glare across the landscape, searching for whatever creature has disturbed her. In the presence of such a powerful kaiju, all mortals pray that they will not be the source of her anger.
